Effects of <t>intraperitoneal</t> <t>injection</t> of umbilical cord mesenchymal stromal cell (UCMSC) exosomes on cisplatin-induced hearing loss in mice. ( A ) Schematic of the experimental design of chronic administration of cisplatin in mice with induced hearing loss. Cisplatin (4 mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally once per day for 5 consecutive days. UCMSC exosomes (1.2 μg/μL) in 100 μL of medium were administered intraperitoneally the same day after cisplatin injection. After 7 days, the hearing thresholds of all groups of mice were measured using an auditory brain response <t>(ABR)</t> instrument.
